Amtsgericht Wiesbaden

The area of jurisdiction of the district court covers the areas of the state capital Wiesbaden and the municipalities of Florsheim am Main, Hochheim am Main and Walluf. The tasks of the magistrate's court are very diverse and include, for example, Activities of ordinary jurisdiction: civil, criminal and family matters of the first instance. The District Court of Wiesbaden is also responsible for the areas of care, estate, commercial register, insolvency proceedings, enforcement, legal aid, church exits and land register.
